A strict diet is also prone to causing health problems, such as malnutrition.
Next is a healthy diet. A healthy diet is a diet that prioritizes changes in eating patterns and a healthy lifestyle. Usually the decrease in a week is only around 0.5-1kg. things that are usually done when doing a healthy diet are eating healthy foods that are nutritionally balanced, reducing foods that contain carbohydrates, eating foods high in fiber and vitamins such as vegetables and fruit, avoiding fast food, increasing consumption of foods high in protein but low in saturated fat, drinking water at least 8 glasses every day, get enough sleep every day. For maximum results, you can add 30 minutes of exercise every day. On a healthy diet we can usually still eat delicious food without worrying as long as the nutrition is balanced, the weight will be maintained and make the body's metabolism healthier too. A healthy diet rarely have side effects because the body does not feel too tormented when running it. Maybe for beginners who usually feel hungry at certain hours, there can be added healthy snacks such as diet biscuits or fruit.
